Salad for Breakfast!?

Yes! Wake up, Americans and anybody else who eats like us ;)

We don't have to eat pastry and other acidic, sugary breakfast foods. It's conditioning that makes you want that. Try a salad for breakfast one day instead, and see what happens.
It's so much better for you!

Call to Action!

1. Prepare a salad this afternoon or evening to eat tomorrow morning

2. Suggestion: Use lettuce or greens, bell peppers (any color), tomato, cucumber, olive oil, Liquid Aminos or light soy sauce, and one sprinkle topping (e.g., shredded cheese, sliced almonds, etc.)

You'll have more time today on the weekend, and it'll be ready for you in the morning after you wake up (and before any acid can talk you out of it!)
